Can the platform handle a hybrid event — in person and virtual?

Yes. That's the core design. In-person attendees check in and follow the live agenda; virtual attendees join the same sessions immersively or by stream. Both are in one system, so your data and reporting stay unified.

How do attendees and exhibitors pay?

Through secure payments built into registration and the exhibitor marketplace, configured for local methods including VUV. Lead and payment data stay in your own back office, not a third-party silo.

Do remote attendees need special equipment for the 360° experience?

No. The immersive view runs in a normal browser — drag to look around. A headset enhances it but is never required, and everything is optimized for island connectivity.

Can we brand the platform as our own event?

Yes. Registration, the agenda and the virtual venue carry your event's branding, not ours. It should feel like your event, end to end.

What happens to the content after the event?
