Questions from operators

Do guests need a headset to view a 360° tour?

No. Our tours play right in a phone or laptop browser — drag to look around. A VR headset makes it more immersive, but it's never required. We optimize delivery for island connectivity so it loads even on a modest connection.

Can the tour link directly to a booking?

Yes — that's the whole point. We place hotspots inside the tour that link to your booking flow or app, so a persuaded guest can act immediately rather than going off to search again.

We're a small tour operator, not a big resort. Is this for us?

Absolutely. A single striking 360° experience plus a simple booking link can level the field against larger competitors. miRidem already gives independent operators a place to publish and sell tours, and we scope packages to fit smaller budgets.

How do guests pay?

We build for how the Pacific actually pays — including VUV and cash-on-completion alongside card payments — so you're not forcing an unfamiliar checkout on the traveller.
